知识共享许可协议（Creative Commons license），又名CC协议，是一种允许他人分发作品的公共版权许可。由美国非盈利性组织（Creative Commons）于2002年12月16日首次发布。Springer Nature、Wiley等众多出版社也都在与作者签署的许可声明中明确：论文一旦出版将遵循CC 许可协议。

CC 4.0版本于2013年11月25日发布。自此之后，CC 4.0被鼓励在全球范围内适用。除了放弃版权将作品完全公布到公共领域（即CC0协议）之外，CC 4.0版本中有多种常用的版权规定组合。如：署名（CC-BY），非商业使用（CC-NC），禁止演绎（CC-ND），相同方式共享（CC-SA）。

署名（BY）		允许他人对您享有著作权的作品及演绎作品复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但对方必须保留您对原作品的署名。
非商业性使用（NC）		允许他人对您享有著作权的作品及演绎作品进行复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但仅限于非商业性目的。
禁止演绎（ND）		允许他人对您的作品原封不动地进行复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但不得进行演绎创作。
相同方式共享（SA）		只有在他人的演绎作品使用与您的原作品相同的许可协议的情况下，您才允许他人发行其演绎作品。注：许可协议不能同时包含“相同方式共享”和“禁止演绎”许可要素，“相同方式共享”要素仅适用于演绎作品。

CC BY

CC BY-SA

The CC0 Public Domain Dedication

CC0 (aka CC Zero) is a public dedication tool, which enables creators to give up their copyright and put their works into the worldwide public domain. CC0 enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, with no conditions.
