One of my Android phones can use a VPN, but the other phone can only connect to Wi-Fi and can't use VPN apps. I can use the EveryProxy app to turn my Android phone into a proxy server and share the VPN with other devices, as long as they're on the same local network.
My phone is connected to a server in Japan through Proton VPN.

I installed EveryProxy and started its HTTP/HTTPS proxy service.

On another phone, when connecting to Wi-Fi, I need to directly configure the proxy in the advanced options. Fill in the local network address and port shown by EveryProxy.

After I connect to Wi-Fi and access Google, it shows my location as Japan. I’ve already correctly received the VPN share.

And the phones that provide VPN and proxy services are already showing traffic information.
